I would like to thank you for your invention of the Living Manual.

I am new here @ UCSF and it is a great information tool to use for sure. I have it saved as my default web page when my email loads and on my desk top. Everything we need to get the daily task done in my department is there with vivid screen shots and easy to follow examples. It has given me additional courage I need to come on board in a new department that has MANY task that must be done daily.

I have worked in several other HUGE companies like UCSF but I have NEVER had a resource took like the Living Manual. JOB WELL DONE!

This tool should be implemented all across the board and every company should have it as in my opinion it is so easy to follow.
